PK Fields, conceived of the idea while dealing, from a distance, trying to deterime the best care for a seriously ill parent. She realized, then, that she was not alone in trying to find the best care, under trying circumstances for a loved one, and that there should be somewhere where the information necessary to make informed decisions on such matters would be available.

Jim Moloshok serves on various digital media company boards, gives advice to venture capital firms in the evolution of media consumption and how consumers relate to content across multi-platforms, and has invested in companies that overlap his areas of expertise and passion.
Before entering the investment and entrepreneurial world fulltime, Moloshok most recently was president, Digital Initiatives for Home Box Office.
Before joining HBO, Moloshok was part of the turn-around team that went to Yahoo! in 2001 to help it recover from the dotcom collapse, building Yahoo! back to be the leading portal with all of its content areas ranking first or second in their categories.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Moloshok was one of the founders of Windsor Digital, a venture capital firm cofounded with Terry Semel, former Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Studios and then Chairman and CEO of Yahoo!
Moloshok also spent eleven years at Warner Bros. as co-founder and president of Warner Bros. Online, and president and CEO of Entertaindom.com. Moloshok also served as SVP of Warner Bros. marketing and advertising.
Moloshok started his professional career working in local television.

TREVA BRANDON, Managing Editor of RTime, is a Los Angeles based writer and editor, content creator and multigenerational fitness and lifestyle expert.
Treva began her writing career at BBDO New York where she created TV, radio, and print campaigns for Fortune 100 companies such as Visa, Pepsi, Pizza Hut and Gillette. As a writer and editor, she has worked across every platform including writing on-air promos for CBS, Paramount, and the CW Network, creating interactive advertising for E-Trade Financial and Oracle, and developing social media for various clients. In addition to her advertising work, Treva has created content for reality TV, feature films, and adult fiction.
Treva has built a reputation as one of the West Coast’s most respected multigenerational fitness and lifestyle experts. Having worked with clients of all ages and abilities, she is now using her knowledge of exercise and health and wellness to manage the depth of information featured across the RTime site and content network.
When Treva is not developing and acquiring original content for RTime, curating the RTime Blogger Network of social media influencers, and bringing the voice of RTime to the written page, she is running marathons, playing competitive USTA tennis and volunteering as a Special Olympics coach.
Treva’s interest in working with RTime came from her dedication and personal understanding of the issues facing adults dealing with elderly loved ones. She is an only child with aging parents and is living the “RTime Experience” firsthand. Her mission is to take what she has learned about eldercare and multigenerational health through life experience and apply it not just to her parents, but also to anyone coming to RTime, where the best interest of those in need comes first.

As an award-winning art director and designer, Tom Martin has been responsible for some of the most memorable images in motion-picture advertising during the last twenty years including “Jurassic Park,” “Schindler’s List” to “Dressed To Kill” and “Parenthood,” Tom has set a standard for creativity, giving each film a distinctly unique look for everything from photography, logos and one-sheets to standees and assorted merchandise. He has worked Steven Spielberg, Robert Zemeckis, Ron Howard, Ivan Reitman and more creating marketing and advertising campaigns for over 200 films through his own agency, Martin Art Direction, Inc. http://www.design-1-1.com.
Phil Sanderson spent most of his career with Standard & Poor’s, first in an editorial capacity, and then in product development and technology. At S&P he worked the equity side of the house focusing on content, content and data management and reporting systems. He led projects ranging from infrastructure upgrades to new product development (primarily web-based) and managed production operations support as well as an application development group. Since leaving S&P Phil has been working on a number of Web start up projects.
Louis Tenenbaum, founder of the Aging in Place Institute, a former carpenter and contractor, is a leading thinker, speaker and consultant on Aging in Place–the idea that our homes are the most desirable and economical place for housing and care. Though everyone agrees Aging in Place is a good idea, it has not become successfully mainstream, leading Louis to study housing and care systems for older Americans. In 2010 Louis wrote Aging in Place 2.0: Rethinking Solutions to the Home Care Challenge, published by the MetLife Mature Marketing Institute. Tenenbaum helps business, not for profits and communities understand their business model relationships for Aging in Place.
Louis completed his first home modifications in 1988. He was the first design build contractor specializing in home modifications for Aging in Place starting in 1991. He works with communities not for profits, business and foundations as well as families and individuals on home and community design, innovative business models for aging in place, marketing to older consumers and better ways to educate and motivate consumers and communities to act responsibly on their own behalf.
He loves the irony of waking up stiff and sore every morning while feeling vibrant every day.
